Toys Room

3D modelling

During the online course at Gnomon University - during which I learnt how to use the Autodesk Maya tool - I was given the brief of creating a scene starting from a single objects. I decided to recreate a wooden pull-along elephant toy (taking Petit Collage’s Jumping Jumbo as a reference). After modelling the protagonist of the scene, we were asked to create the environment around it, learning how to place lights and cameras, and even learning some basics of animation (as you can see below). I’ve therefore decided to recreate a kid’s bedroom, modelling and placing different objects such as boxes of games and a night table.

Everything in the scene has been modelled, textured and rendered by me using Autodsek Maya and Adobe Photoshop.
